I started ROR Solutions because I saw what happens when maintenance, operations, and compliance don’t work together. The costs are real, and they’re avoidable.
I spent over 25 years working inside refineries and critical operations, where the margin for error is thin and the consequences of poor maintenance are immediate. What I kept seeing were the same preventable problems. Equipment failing not because of bad luck, but because of gaps in oversight, inconsistent maintenance practices, and a lack of structured systems. Organizations were spending more reacting to failures than preventing them.
That experience became the foundation of ROR Solutions. I built this practice to bring the same engineering discipline and reliability standards from high-stakes industrial environments to the facilities that need it most, churches, schools, community organizations, and municipal buildings that often lack the internal expertise to manage their cooling systems confidently.
My approach combines regulatory knowledge, reliability engineering, and practical field experience. Every recommendation I make is grounded in what actually works, not what looks good on paper.
I hold an EPA 608 Universal Certification, a PMP® (Project Management Professional), and an RMP® (Risk Management Professional), credentials that reflect both the technical and operational sides of this work.
